The staff were very friendly. The food was good as well. I also asked for extra towels and they were waiting for me. I found this very useful.
There was only one pillow in the room and it was not particularly comfortable.

The location proved very convenient because it was minutes from the motorway. Pizza orders were possible even with the kitchen closed. Delivery to the room occurred swiftly. The bed felt comfortable, and the shower provided a great experience.
I was not happy about the extra charge for parking.

The room was not cool enough. The air conditioning did not function properly. a repeating beeping noise occurred throughout the night, disruptive. staff did not seem very cute. I expect a higher standard of service.
